About Me.

With over 20 years of experience in both the public and private healthcare sectors, I’ve developed a broad and well-rounded skill set in musculoskeletal and chronic pain management.

I began my career at Birmingham City Football Club, initially working with the academy before progressing to the first team, where I spent three seasons in both the Premier League and Championship. This high-performance environment laid a strong foundation for clinical excellence and hands-on injury management as a physiotherapist.

Over the past decade, I’ve focused my work within General Practice, where I’ve had the privilege of working alongside some outstanding GPs. This experience, combined with their mentorship, has significantly shaped and expanded my clinical scope. I have completed 160 Master’s-level credits in Advanced Clinical Practice, which has further enabled me to work at an advanced level of care.

I have a particular passion for injection therapy, and firmly believe in its effectiveness—when applied appropriately to the right patient. My goal is always to ensure the treatment is safe, targeted, and evidence-based.

Another area of special interest for me is the management of migraine, which, after back pain, is the second leading cause of disability-related time off work. There are a wide range of treatment options available for migraine sufferers, many of which I offer here at Elite Joint Solutions, including tailored medication plans and acupuncture.

Throughout my career, I’ve worked extensively with patients living with chronic pain, which can be extremely challenging—both physically and mentally. At Elite Joint Solutions, we use a holistic and multi-disciplinary approach that includes injection therapy, medication, acupuncture and a unique combined physiotherapy-joint manipulation-mobilisation and massage approach to help patients regain control and improve their quality of life.
