Appointment Cancellation

Please provide at least 24 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. Failure to do so may result in a cancellation fee. 

 

Late Arrival

 If you arrive late, we will do our best to accommodate you within the remaining appointment time. However, treatment time may need to be shortened to avoid disruption to other patients. 

 

Treatment Consent

Your informed consent is required prior to receiving any treatment.

 

Personal information and Privacy

All personal information is kept confidential and used solely for the purpose of providing care. We will not disclose your information without your consent, unless required to do so by law. 

 

Payment

Payment is due at the time of treatment unless agreed otherwise in advance. We accept cash, debit cards, and credit cards. 

 

Liability

We are not liable for injury, loss, or damage except where proven to be caused by our negligence or misconduct. 

 

Injections & Advanced Treatments

If an injection is unsuccessful or does not provide the desired outcome, this does not entitle you to a repeat injection at a discounted or free rate. Any subsequent injection will be charged at the standard single injection rate.

If a course of physiotherapy or acupuncture is unsuccessful or does not provide the desired outcome, this does not entitle you to a refund.
